Qualifications

• B.S. required.
• 5-7 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Experience supporting onsite delivery teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort with reporting tools and metrics.
• U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete PI training.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• MRB Configuration / Data Support.

Responsibilities

• Support program execution through daily coordination and tracking
• Manage schedule adherence, resource coordination, and risk tracking
• Maintain reporting inputs and milestone documentation
• Act as backup to the Program Manager
• Coordinate onboarding and access logistics for new cohorts
• Support governance meetings and action tracking
• Help maintain execution cadence across shifts
• Escalate risks and dependencies promptly
