Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support program execution in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining reporting inputs. You will back up the Program Manager, coordinate onboarding for cohorts, support governance meetings, and help sustain cadence across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a BS and 5–7 years of project coordination/management experience, with onsite delivery experience and PI training. U.S.

• 5-7 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Experience supporting onsite delivery teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort with reporting tools and metrics.
• U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete PI training.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• MRB Configuration / Data Support.
