The Program Coordinator supports IG Consulting Technical Delivery by helping Program Managers and Senior Program Managers execute the Project Delivery Lifecycle across client programs, managed services, custom teams, and technical delivery workstreams. The role provides operational, reporting, systems, and coordination support across delivery governance, consultant success, program health, financial tracking, onboarding, performance management, and client-facing rhythms. Working under Delivery leadership, the Program Coordinator helps maintain program structure through tools and artifacts such as DEM, PPM, SharePoint, Teams, Airtable, ATLIS, eRecruit, consultant rosters, status trackers, RAID logs, KPI/SLA dashboards, onboarding materials, and delivery repositories. The role ensures teams have accurate data, clear operating rhythms, documented expectations, and visibility into scope, staffing, milestones, risks, performance, and client outcomes. The Program Coordinator also supports the consultant and technical team experience by coordinating onboarding, check-ins, performance review inputs, coaching follow-ups, feedback collection, productivity tracking, and escalation documentation. In partnership with Program Managers, Project Managers, Technical Project Leads, Account Managers, Recruiters, and client stakeholders, the role helps consultants stay aligned to expectations, delivery standards, quality measures, and engagement success.
Day-to-Day
Program Coordination & Governance
- Maintain DEM, PPM, consultant rosters, delivery trackers, schedules, milestones, work plans, RAID logs, and action-item tracking to support accurate governance.
- Coordinate recurring governance meetings, technical delivery cadences, consultant engagement touchpoints, and operational rhythms across internal and client teams.
- Prepare agendas, document notes and decisions, and track follow-up actions across approved delivery tools.
- Support PDLC execution by organizing kickoff readiness, stakeholder alignment, delivery documentation, monitor/control activities, and closure artifacts.
- Monitor program health indicators, including scope, schedule, financials, staffing, risks, blockers, consultant engagement, KPI/SLA trends, and quality checkpoints.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Coordinate communications across delivery teams, leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
- Distribute status updates, meeting materials, and program documentation in a timely manner.
- Support alignment, decision tracking, and accountability for commitments and deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation
- Produce and maintain status reports, dashboards, trackers, and governance artifacts.
- Create and maintain SOPs, onboarding materials, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Support portfolio and engagement reporting while ensuring program records remain accurate and consistent.
Operational Support
- Coordinate onboarding, access requests, equipment needs, team logistics, and consultant readiness across IG Consulting, client, and back-office systems.
- Support resource tracking, workforce planning, onboarding status, redeployment visibility, and consultant roster accuracy.
- Assist with travel coordination, time entry adherence, timesheet tracking, invoice support, PTO tracking, expense guidance, and workflows through eRecruit, ATLIS, UKG, SharePoint, and client systems.
- Maintain delivery tools, collaboration sites, repositories, onboarding packets, consultant guides, process documentation, and customer-facing artifacts.
- Coordinate with Verifications, Payroll, BizOps, Account Management, Recruiting, and Delivery leadership on timesheet corrections, approver updates, consultant data changes, and process escalations.
Consultant Success, Performance Management & Technical Team Support
- Support preparation for consultant 1x1s, onboarding check‑ins, performance reviews, and technical team feedback discussions.
- Collect and organize performance inputs from client stakeholders, Technical Project Leads, Delivery leaders, Account Managers, and Recruiters.
- Track consultant performance indicators such as productivity, quality, attendance, time entry adherence, deliverable completion, SLA/KPI alignment, engagement health, training participation, and escalation trends.
- Maintain documentation for coaching actions, performance follow‑ups, development plans, feedback themes, and consultant engagement risks.
- Document role expectations, delivery responsibilities, workstream assignments, quality standards, and follow‑up actions for technical teams.
- Identify patterns in feedback, survey themes, review outcomes, and delivery issues that may require escalation or process improvement.
- Help ensure performance review rhythms and follow‑up actions are completed consistently in partnership with Delivery leadership.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify risks, blockers, and process gaps and engage when appropriate.
- Support audit readiness, compliance activities, quality checkpoints, and delivery reviews.
- Promote adherence to established governance standards and operational processes.
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
- Help establish repeatable workflows, scalable operating practices, delivery templates, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, PMO, or related fields.
- Experience supporting technology, consulting, managed services, or enterprise delivery teams preferred.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and documentation skills.
