Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to oversee the ISSO Support Department, ensuring security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DFC systems. You will coordinate POA&M tracking, RMF updates, vulnerability oversight, audits, and system owner engagements to keep systems compliant with FISMA and NIST standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience leading Information Security teams.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, 800-37.
• A PMP or equivalent certification is recommended.
• A CISSP or equivalent IAT/IAM Level III certification is required.
• A minimum Public Trust security clearance or higher is required (no sponsorship).

• Acts as second-in-command to the PM for ISSO support operations.
• Facilitates daily team tasking, monitors bandwidth, and ensures quality control.
• Coordinates audits, reviews and system owner engagements; supports governance and documentation activities.
• Oversees POA&M workflow, documentation quality verification, and ISSO daily tasking and performance management.

ProSync is seeking a passionateDeputy Program Manager (DPM) to help oversee the ISSO Support Department and is responsible for helping maintain security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DFC systems. They will oversee routine cybersecurity governance functions such as POA&M tracking, RMF documentation updates, vulnerability status maintenance, audit preparation, and system owner coordination. This department ensures systems stay compliant with FISMA and NIST requirements daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The DPM supports operations within the ISSO Support Department, ensuring all governance and documentation activities flow efficiently.

• Acts as second-in-command to the PM for ISSO support operations.
• Facilitates daily team tasking, monitors bandwidth, and ensures quality control.
• Provides operational continuity across ISSOs when addressing escalations or urgent compliance tasks.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field.
