Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a high-impact, multi-agency program serving the United States Space Force (USSF)/Space Systems Command (SSC), the United States Air Force (USAF), and other key mission stakeholders. The selected candidate will oversee a large-scale SATCOM system program, focusing on PKI and Agile development within an existing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least ten years of experience as a Program or Project Manager leading programs and contracts of significant scope.
• Experience managing program funds and resources using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and schedule/financial performance monitoring.
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administrative and business operations, including subcontracts, Earned Value Management, Finance, and Security.
• Serve as a key Point of Contact for the CO, COR, Government Program Manager, and company senior leadership.
• Lead program operations in the absence of the PM or when the PM is engaged elsewhere.
• Maintain comprehensive awareness of program activities and serve as a secondary POC with Government stakeholders.
• Prepare program reporting materials for IPR, PSR, IPMDAR, and other reviews for Senior Leadership and Government PMO stakeholders.
