Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Integration Manager (TS/SCI) to support delivery of cybersecurity exercise services. The role involves assisting the Program Manager with contract execution, program integration, team coordination, and stakeholder communications to maintain program health.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, managing staff and subcontractors, tracking risks, and ensuring seamless integration across the program.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD.
• 10+ years of federal, state, and local project and program planning and management experience.
• Experience supporting program execution for a customer-facing contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing all aspects of the contract and program, including requirements, priorities, tasks, and resources to meet baselines.
• Participate in leadership meetings with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure program alignment and situational awareness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to maintain smooth communications.
• Track and help resolve program issues/risks, escalate as needed, and support status reporting to Leidos management.
• Ensure contract requirements and changes are implemented effectively across the team.
• Support staffing execution and staff development across the contract lifecycle.
• Manage SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads, coordinating and reporting regularly.
