Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government Secret clearance (Interim Secret acceptable).
• US Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience overseeing Communications System installation and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and implementation of satcom equipment.
• Oversee internal personnel and subcontractors on construction/civil works projects.
• Prepare reports for government customer.
• Track budget items related to program expenses.
• Collaborate with support personnel and communicate with government leadership.
• Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.
• Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain documentation and technical writing.
• Proven experience with the equipment covered under the contract.
• Proficient in utilizing computer-based project management tools.
