Job summary

DataPath, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee complex PM-TN telecommunications programs. You will coordinate efforts, schedules, and resources across teams, reporting to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with contract goals.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret Clearance. A Bachelor’s degree in CS or Management (or equivalent with years of experience) and extensive PM experience in military-grade SATCOM systems are expected.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and US DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management, or equivalent.
• Twelve years in PM-TN telecommunications Ops.
• Five years leadership of military hardware/software systems.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of strategic and tactical SATCOM terminals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage highly technical projects, communications, resources and processes.
• Lead a team on large projects or segments of large and complex programs.
• Meet with stakeholders to determine progress and align with goals.
• Generate regular reports on measurable items for stakeholders.
• Establish and train teams on processes and strategies.
• Adhere to SOPs and labor laws; participate in meetings.
