Job summary

Raytheon’s Advanced Airborne Sensor Production organization seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead the Integration and Test Team. You will oversee technical performance, cost and schedule, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

This role requires a Top Secret–Current clearance and US citizenship, with travel about 25% and a primary site in Plano, TX. You will mentor cross‑functional teams across DoD interfaces, manage proposals and baselines, and report to the ITT PM to ensure flawless

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts and Engineering.
• Active and transferrable security clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes ITT IPT performance, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and resolves issues to maintain full-rate production.
• Leads multi-functional teams and partners to ensure program success.
