RTX’s Advanced Sensor Program seeks a Program Manager for the Advanced Airborne System, onsite at Plano, TX. Requires active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; relocation not available.

You will lead sustainment, depot, logistics, and tech pub activities, guiding a multi-disciplinary IPT to optimize fleet readiness and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing in a matrix environment within Product Support Sub Mission team.
• Experience with contracts and commitments execution.
• Ability to identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Experience with basis of estimate (BOE) development and EVMS level II certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Sustainment Program Lead for customer satisfaction and fleet sparing posture.
• Oversee Depot Operations inputs for TAKT planning and fleet status updates.
• Manage Logistics: spares modeling, obsolescence, and cost impact decisions.
• Monitor and maintain spares at government sites and coordinate shipping.
• Maintain centralized spares and coordinate warehouse metrics reviews.
• Lead Tech Pub updates and implement changes on a release cycle.
• Engage with field IPTs for technical support and project coordination.
• Identify financial risk and opportunities; serve as CAM for Product Support IPT.
• Able to travel at minimum 30%.
