Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in program management.
• Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience can substitute.
• Prior experience managing in a matrix environment within Product Support and with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sustainment Program for Advanced Airborne System, ensuring customer satisfaction and fleet readiness.
• Oversee depot operations, logistics, and central logistics-center activities to support fleet-wide performance.
• Coordinate with Field Service IPT and subcontractors; drive improvements, cost containment, and risk mitigation.
• Travel at least 30% to support customer engagements and program reviews.
