Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Cross-Product Team Lead for the ABAD program in Massachusetts. You will lead the integration, test planning, and V&V across development, production, and sustainment of a two-IPT air defense system.

The role requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relvant experience, with strong leadership. DoD Secret clearance is active on day one and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and executing test plans for air defense systems.
• Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
• Experience with CAM, IMP/IMS, Risk and Opportunity Management, and bids/proposals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure development and execution of a complex air defense program spanning two IPTs.
• Manage and monitor work scope, staffing allocations, and provide feedback on execution.
• Coordinate across disciplines to resolve issues and meet objectives.
• Support program growth through continuous process improvements.
• Occasional local and non-local travel.
