Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the location to ensure contract performance and compliance.
• Hire, manage, and develop staff; assign personnel to meet workload needs.
• Prepare management, technical, and personnel reports for internal and external use.
• Coordinate with Government management and ensure timely deliverables and data.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and performance.
