ALUTIIQ LOGISTICS & MAINTENANCE SVS LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support contract operations, ensure performance standards, and serve as the Project Manager's alternate during absences.

The role oversees on-site activities, staff, and government communications to deliver services on time and within cost, while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance with the contract and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or assisting in the management of a workforce providing services on a BOS-like contract or similar large-scale operation.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, operations management, or related leadership roles within a federal contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for all contract-related matters when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain on-site presence during Government working hours and oversee contract operations.
• Provide leadership to contract personnel to ensure work aligns with the Performance Work Statement, schedule and standards.
• Assist planning, organizing and directing all contract operations to meet cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
