Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to help lead a complex, multi-team DoD mission program.

You will partner with the Program Manager to manage cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance while building strong relationships with Government customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes executive-level communication, staffing strategy, and risk management in a fast-moving, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Significant program/project management experience in IC/DoD environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph for Maryland customer.
• Experience coordinating multi-team efforts across contracts, staffing, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, track deliverables, and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Manager to oversee cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance.
• Lead day-to-day program operations and coordinate with Government customers and subcontractors.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, risks, and financials; provide timely updates to leadership and customer.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
