Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day execution of the DIA analytic program, synchronizing task orders, coordinating regional and functional leads, and ensuring timely delivery across mission partners.

The role requires an active TS/SCI, PMP certification, and 8+ years supporting DoD or IC programs, with proven operations management, workflow discipline, and experience guiding cleared analytic teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (required)
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs
• Strong operational management and coordination experience
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows
• Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalates issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
