Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to partner with the Program Manager and drive cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance across a multi-team contract.

You will coordinate with Government customers, TTO leads, and subcontractors, manage staffing gaps, and maintain integrated schedules while guiding risk mitigation and program reporting. A TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly is required, along with 10+ years in complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in IC/DoD environments.
• Experience managing complex Government contracts with multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the Program Manager for day-to-day operations.
• Represent leadership with Government customers and subcontractors.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, financials, and contractual commitments.
