Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to help lead a high-visibility, multi-team government contract. You will partner with the Program Manager to drive cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance while maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders.

The role requires significant program leadership experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, and a track record in delivering complex contracts on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex programs in defense/intelligence environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph suitable for Maryland projects.
Ten+ years of program or project management experience on large, multi-team contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day program operations alongside the Program Manager.
Coordinate across Engineering, Recruiting, HR, Security, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development.
Monitor staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance across multiple workstreams.
Prepare program status updates, briefings, and leadership reviews.
