Job summary

FN America, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the Integrated Program Team and act as the primary customer liaison across all program phases. You will ensure technical performance, schedule adherence, and cost management while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders including military leadership, FN product teams, and contracts.

You will develop resource plans, monitor risks, and drive execution of bids and information requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other related discipline is required.
• Five years of project/program management or equivalent experience required; DoD experience preferred.
• MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred.
• PMP or DAU certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads IPT with customers, reviews performance metrics, cost and schedules.
• Develops resource estimates and IPT workload plans.
• Identifies, assesses, and mitigates program risks.
• Coordinates with contracts on requirements and changes.
