Job summary

CACI Inc. in the United States is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with deep financial management experience to support planning, execution, and oversight of complex intelligence programs.

You will help manage schedule, cost, risk, performance, and day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with contracts and corporate requirements. The role collaborates with contracts, finance, HR, and technical teams to align priorities, forecast funding, and optimize mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Post-baccalaureate certificates in leadership or operational excellence are beneficial.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or financial management.
• Experience with OCONUS financials (hedging liabilities, Foreign taxation, SOFA).
• Experience with DOD IC organizations and CLIN structures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with leadership of schedule, scope, cost, risk, and performance.
• Support contract modifications, pricing actions, and funding management.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, HR, and operations for integrated execution.
• Staffing planning, onboarding, and workforce scheduling for mission readiness.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.
• Act as PM when required to maintain operational continuity.
