Job summary

Golden Key Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead an integrated Human Capital program for a federal intelligence agency. The role requires strategic leadership, program operations oversight, staffing, contract performance, quality assurance, and day-to-day execution on-site in Springfield, VA.

The ideal candidate has a strong federal HR background, clearances, and a proven ability to manage multi-location teams, coordinate with government stakeholders, and deliver results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience.
• At least five years of experience as a Program Manager leading a program of this size.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and company leadership.
• Lead all aspects of program management and operations, including staffing and task orders.
• Oversee nationwide HR operations in designated locations.
• Ensure compliance with performance and QA standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior government leadership.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and partners to meet staffing requirements.
