Peraton seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager / Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day enterprise platform services in a mission-focused environment. You will coordinate across engineering, support, ITSM, security, infrastructure, and mission-platform teams to ensure reliable service delivery to users and programs.

The role emphasizes translating performance data into priorities, guiding escalation paths, and driving issues to resolution.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, technical management, operations, or program management.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams and escalation paths.
• Strong ability to analyze operational data and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of platform services across engineering, support, ITSM, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor service levels, incidents, requests, and performance trends to drive improvements.
• Coordinate Tier 2–4 support handoffs and on-call coverage.
• Lead service reviews and develop corrective-action plans when performance differs from objectives.
• Coordinate operational-readiness reviews for new or changed services prior to production release.
