Job summary

Ascent Aerospace seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Ascent Enterprise Platform. You will own the delivery schedule, sequence work with dependencies, and hold owners and vendors accountable to commitments.

This role reports to the Enterprise Solutions Architect and acts as the operational engine of the IT program office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and provide visibility to senior leadership while ensuring on-time delivery of multi-workstream

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or program management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives on time.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors and contract/scope management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the master program schedule across all Ascent Enterprise Platform workstreams.
• Sequence initiatives based on dependencies, resource availability, and business priority; manage conflicts.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and commitments; provide consolidated status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; drive resolution before impact.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, and retrospectives with business and IT stakeholders.
