Job summary

thestahlcompanies seeks a Deputy Program Manager in Washington, DC to oversee contractor personnel and coordinate DoD shipbuilding acquisition activities.

The role requires working knowledge of DoD processes, policies, acquisition documentation, change management, risk assessments, and related briefs. A senior, 10+ year acquisition background with a secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum years experience: Senior.
• 10+ years relevant experience in Acquisition management.
• DoD/Navy ACAT I Program experience.
• Recent Contracts experience.
• DoD 5000.02 knowledge.
• Shipbuilding knowledge.
• Security clearance: Secret.
• Position is contingent upon award.
