We deliver essential technology services to support national security and economic interests. SecuriGence seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager to oversee management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for a program providing enterprise IT services to our DARPA client. Our services include Cyber Security, Networking, Customer Support, Engineering, Software Development, Assessment, and Authorization, utilizing processes like ITIL, SAFe, and RMF. Join us to solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Program Manager in overall contract task management and serve as an alternate contact for contract issues.

  2. Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and team members.

  3. Foster a customer-centric collaborative culture.

  4. Oversee tracking of contract requirements and service levels.

  5. Support program/project issue/risk management, remediation, and escalation processes, ensuring clear communication and actionable solutions.

  6. Lead diverse IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system integrations, and data migrations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  7. Maintain oversight of program performance with key delivery metrics.

  8. Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership.

  9. Manage project budgets and take corrective actions as needed.

  10. Recommend improvements to methodologies and promote best practices.

  11. Define service levels and customer requirements.

  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

  • Active IAT Level III Certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+ CE).

  • Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to manage and mentor subordinate managers and leads.

  • Strategic management and customer communication skills.

  • Proven ability to drive complex programs/projects to successful completion.
