We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of a program to provide enterprise IT services to our DARPA client. We provide a full range of IT services to our clients, including Cyber Security, Networking, Customer Support, Engineering, Software Development, Assessment, and Authorization using processes such as ITIL, SAFe, and RMF. Responsibilities

In the absence of and/or as a shared responsibility with the Program Manager, shall be responsible for the overall management of tasks performed under this contract and shall be the alternate point-of-contact for contract issues.

Provide Leadership and mentorship to managers and individual contributors.

Foster a culture of customer-centric collaboration.

Oversee tracking of contract requirements, service levels.

Assists PM in leading program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across channels, - responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans.

Assists PM in leading a diverse range of IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system integrations, and data migrations while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

Maintains oversight and accountability for program performance, including creation/review of key project delivery metrics.

Prepares and delivers regular, audience-specific communications/reports/dashboards to ensure that program sponsors, key stakeholders, and corporate leadership are apprised of program and project statuses, successes, risks, and issues.

Manages and tracks project/program budget/variance and takes corrective actions

Proposes changes to project methodologies, frameworks, and promotes best practices for continuous process improvement.

Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

Must have Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to manage and mentor other subordinate managers and leads.

Expert strategic management and customer messaging skills.

Drives problems, issues, and initiatives to completion while upholding the highest standard of cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-risk, complex programs/projects to achieve customer priorities.
