Job summary

ServiceSource seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the NGA contract, directing performance, productivity, safety, and efficiency to meet contract standards. You will oversee budgeting, cost reporting, and reporting to funders and corporate divisions while leading customer service, operations, and quality control teams.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Security clearance and background checks per contract.
• Master’s degree with engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NGA contract effectiveness in performance, productivity, safety, and efficiency.
• Market and monitor human service delivery and report to funders and divisions.
• Direct teams in work control, finance, invoicing, budgeting, and cost reporting.
• Supervise customer service, operations, quality control, and purchasing.
• Drive program goals, measure KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
