Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) seeks a Product Line Governance & Operations Leader to drive governance across the PSCS portfolio, establish SOPs, templates, and best practices for proposals, delivery, and reporting.

You will partner with leadership to monitor performance, manage risks, coordinate proposals with SMEs, and oversee projects and contracts while ensuring high‑quality client deliverables and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, healthcare, fire administration, or related field
• 7+ years in public safety consulting or related field services with supervisory responsibility
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Governance lead across the PSCS portfolio, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery approaches, tools, and processes
• Lead and coordinate proposal development, content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines
• Provide hands-on oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment
• Coordinate and optimize utilization of internal staff and external SMEs across projects
• Serve as liaison with stakeholders, supporting client onboarding, meetings, and executive communications
• Develop, review, and refine client deliverables, ensuring clarity and quality across materials
• Implement QA processes to maintain high standards across deliverables
