Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the store in the Store Manager's absence. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining compliance, and creating an inclusive team culture while delivering outstanding customer metrics.

Qualifications

• A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
• Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
