Halfords is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager and ensure smooth store operations in their absence. You will lead a customer‑centric team, drive sales, and uphold health and safety and retail standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
