Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team and help customers get the very best from their vehicles. A confident and proactive salesperson, you’ll be the link between our stores, autocentres and mobile experts – driving referrals to ensure customers receive complete motoring solutions.

You will recommend the right service or product for the customer, whether it’s tyres, MOTs, servicing or repairs, and work closely with Autocentre and Mobile Expert teams to deliver a

A confident and proactive salesperson, you’ll be the link between our stores, autocentres, and mobile experts – driving referrals to ensure our customers receive complete motoring solutions, whether that’s tyres, MOTs, servicing, or repairs.

Recommending the right solution for the customer is what this role is all about, whether we can fix it in the car park, at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Experts to fix it at the customer’s home or work.

Brilliant at building relationships, you’ll work closely with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

To be a success in this role you’ll need:

• Experience in a consumer sales environment
