Larimer County in Colorado is seeking a Deputy Division Manager for the Benefits and Community Support Division. The hybrid role requires leadership over multiple programs, with a focus on policy standards and service delivery.

You will develop training, supervise staff, and collaborate across departments to meet welfare and public assistance goals. The position emphasizes strong supervisory skills, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to improve program outcomes within a county

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of progressive child support or court administration experience with supervisory leadership.
• Ability to interpret department rules, regulations, policies, and SOPs.
• Strong relationship building with County employees, agencies, and community partners.
• Demonstrated attendance and reliability in a public service role.
• Knowledge of public assistance program principles and objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees policy and procedure standards and evaluates program performance.
• Drives division staff meetings and cross‑department collaboration.
• Plans and manages program development, training, and service delivery.
• Reviews programs, recommends restructuring and resource adjustments.
• Mentors supervisors and staff, handling complex situations with staff or vendors.
• Serves on local/state committees related to program activities.
