Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field required.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience required.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyses, and interprets performance data on an ongoing basis to implement process improvements that advance performance measures and business outcomes.
• Uses databases, MIS and reporting systems to extract, compile, analyze and interpret performance data.
• Collaborates with Board Performance Department to advance processes and improve plans and enhancements.
• Designs and develops tools for tracking performance, monitoring outcomes, and supporting business objectives.
• Ensures policies and procedures comply with business requirements and improvement plans.
• Manages systems, databases, and data integrity requests including changes/deletions and customer data requests.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, motivates staff, and provides guidance to management.
• Maintains proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and related technology.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively.
• Works with diverse customers and adapts to different communication styles.
• Resolves stressful or challenging customer situations with empathy.
• Maintains excellent verbal and written communication and builds relationships with stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
