C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Managing Director to oversee the organization’s strategic direction, budgeting, and client service delivery from its Texas hub. The role acts as the primary liaison with partners, contracting agencies and external entities, ensuring federal/state compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The candidate will lead multi-program development, manage budgets, and drive workforce development initiatives while guiding a high-performing team to achieve

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten years of relevant workforce development experience.
• Seven years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, strategies and directives for exceptional service and compliance.
• Collaborates with Executive Team to meet long-term goals and strategies.
• Designs, develops and manages the operating budget for workforce development programs.
• Monitors performance measures and initiates changes to meet objectives.
• Leads and develops an effective management team and succession plan.
• Ensures services comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
