Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit management with exposure to operational and advancement functions
• Experience supervising staff or managing a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with discretion

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal organizational operations and cross-department coordination
• Support the EAD with meetings, materials, and logistics
• Lead advancement and marketing functions, donor engagement, and fundraising strategy
• Support board governance and staff coordination
• Coordinate external partner communications and cross‑functional initiatives
