Job summary

TADA! Youth Theater seeks a Director of Development Advancement to join its Leadership Team. This senior role leads fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships to advance the organization’s mission and programs in NYC and beyond.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, collaborate closely with the Executive Director, and help expand earned revenue, donations, and organizational visibility while supporting the youth theater ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and building donor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment.
• Understanding and respect of NYC’s youth, musical theater and arts education.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising and marketing plan.
• Grow donor engagement and increase earned and unearned income.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to expand visibility and impact.
• Support the mission of TADA! Youth Theater and its programs.
