Duly Health and Care is seeking an Executive Director to lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, modernizing data center, network, and cloud services while strengthening security with the CISO. You will manage enterprise-scale programs and vendor relationships to deliver reliable, secure technology at scale.

This role requires building and leading a high-performing team, aligning IT strategy with business goals, and driving continuous improvement across all locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud operations across locations.
• Partner with the CISO to strengthen cyber-risk posture and Zero Trust.
• Direct internal teams and vendors to deliver secure, available services.
• Define and execute strategic roadmap for hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Own KPIs for reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
• Ensure ITSM practices are mature and used.
• Collaborate on FinOps and tech investments.
• Build and retain high-performing teams; adopt AI-driven ops.
• Lead cross-functional transformations with minimal disruption.
