The ideal candidate will have significant IT leadership experience, particularly in multi-site operations and proven success in managing technology teams. The role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience leading IT operations in a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DESRI's enterprise IT roadmap.
• Establish IT operating model and governance structure.
• Lead a global IT team across the U.S. and India.
