Responsibilities

• Prosecute misdemeanor and felony offenses for the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow.
• Provide legal advice to City-County officials and agencies.
• Prepare charging documents and represent the City-County in court.
• Lead, supervise, and collaborate with legal staff and victims’ advocates.
