Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Utah.
• Experience varies by attorney level (I–IV).

Responsibilities

• Prosecute felonies and misdemeanors in multiple courts.
• Review investigations to determine charges and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and warrants.
• Represent the State at arraignments, hearings, trials, and negotiations.
• Interview victims, witnesses, and law enforcement officers.
• Submit case status reports to the County Attorney.
• Collaborate with support staff and assist the public on legal matters.
