Job summary

Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Deputy CAD Administrator to support and continually improve our CAD and design technology environment. You will help maintain CAD standards, assist users, and contribute to efficient design practices across the organization.

The role reports to the CAD Administrator and offers a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in CAD, Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of CAD experience in a professional environment.
Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenX products and/or ProjectWise; AutoCAD/Civil3D/Revit are pluses.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and workflows.
Support CAD users with troubleshooting and setup of profiles, permissions, and tools.
Assist with software installations, version updates, and license coordination.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve CAD-related challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve CAD workflows and automation.
