  • AUSB Undergraduate Program & Student Support Fund
  • The Student Assistant/Ambassador will provide administrative, research, communication, and event-support services for the AUSB Undergraduate Program and Student Support Fund. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and promotional materials, conducting research, retrieving articles and resources, managing calendars, assisting with outreach, and providing general program support.
  • The student will also play an active role in brainstorming, planning, organizing, and implementing events, with approximately 60% of event responsibilities devoted to planning and 40% to implementation.
  • Duties may include event logistics, setup, guest coordination, communications, and follow-up.
  • This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional, organizational, communication, event-management, and networking skills while interacting with students, faculty, staff, business professionals, community leaders, and other organizations.
  • Work may be performed remotely or on-site, depending on the nature of the assignment.
