Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, research, communication, and event-support services for the AUSB Undergraduate Program & Student Support Fund.
• Prepare correspondence and promotional materials, conduct research, retrieve articles and resources, manage calendars, assist with outreach, and provide general program support.
• Assist with brainstorming, planning, organizing, and implementing events (approximately 60% planning, 40% implementation).
• Duties may include event logistics, setup, guest coordination, communications, and follow-up.
• Work may be performed remotely or on-site depending on the assignment.
