• Provide technical support during live online classes, including managing Zoom features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and displaying course materials.
• Populate, organize, and maintain course content in Brightspace, including classroom materials, announcements, and schedules.
• Serve as a point of contact for students by answering practical questions related to assignments, deadlines, course expectations, and syllabus requirements.
• Support instructor with classroom logistics to ensure smooth delivery of online instruction.
• Assist with monitoring class communications and facilitating a positive, organized learning environment.
• Assist with editing syllabi
