Qualifications

• Prior experience in a technical field with asset management, device repair, configuration, and network fundamentals.
• Proven leadership experience with delegation, prioritization, and department operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and POS tech.
• Familiarity with Excel and systematic asset tracking.
• Excellent written and oral communication for team and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Depot Configuration Center Technicians and guide staffing and performance.
• Manage workflows, priorities, and production schedules to meet commitments.
• Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and quality standards.
• Assist with production tasks to meet deadlines as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide regular updates to management on status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs and propose improvements.
• Oversee hardware/software configurations, repairs, and network setup.
• Evaluate and update technical documentation for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost effectiveness and profitability.
