Essintial Enterprise Solutions LLC in the United States is seeking a Depot Configuration Center Manager to oversee our in-house technical services team, driving asset configuration, repair, and lifecycle management for Retail, Office, and Consumer Technology equipment.

You will lead technicians, manage workflows, ensure productivity, and collaborate with customers to assess needs and propose improvements that enhance service delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, device repair, configuration, and network fundamentals.
• Proven leadership with ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage operations.
• Strong troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and POS tech.
• Proficient with Excel and asset tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team and customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Depot Configuration Center Technicians and guide staffing and performance.
• Manage workflows, priorities, and production schedules to meet commitments.
• Monitor productivity, policy adherence, attendance, and quality standards.
• Assist with production tasks to meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalations and communicate with upper management.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs and propose improvements.
• Oversee hardware/software configurations, repairs, and network setup for equipment.
• Update technical documentation for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost effectiveness and profitability.
