Job summary

Essintial Enterprise Solutions LLC is seeking a Lead to join our Depot Services team in a blended work environment. You will oversee configuration, repairs, and support activities for Retail, Office, and Consumer Technology equipment, taking ownership of projects and mentoring teammates.

You will evaluate customer needs from work orders, supervise asset tagging and work order triage, ensure quality control, and help manage warehousing tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift devices up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable with consumer PC products.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Basic PC hardware repair knowledge.
• Basic software installation knowledge.
• Relevant training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configurations: Evaluate customer needs based on work orders to determine necessary software packages, device configurations, and any additional customizations.
• Repairs: Identify hardware and software issues, and replace components for devices/peripherals.
• Support: Assist with asset tagging, work order triage, quality control, inbounding assets into the work order system, packaging finished goods, and order entry while supporting configurations and repairs as needed.

This role contributes to our Depot Services offering, specifically in-house technical services. Individuals will be assigned tasks based on needs with a focus on the repairs, configurations, and support activity around asset & lifecycle management for Retail, Office, and Consumer Technology equipment.

This equipment includes but not limited to PC’s, laptops, laser printers, receipt printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other devices and peripherals both standard and specialized for point of sale and office settings.

Individuals can expect a blended work environment primarily within the configuration center but may be required to assist in warehousing tasks as needed.
