Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.
• CDL license with 3 years' experience preferred.
• Experience with logistics/routing software or Oracle.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong delegation, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage effective routes.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, fleet personnel and operations staff.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to drivers.
• Assist with budgets.
• Train and certify new drivers.
• Handle after hour calls.
• Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance/repairs.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Assist General Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
