Job summary

V2X is seeking a capable supervisor to manage depot maintenance and ensure program and schedule compliance across multiple work centers. You will direct daily work, authorize cannibalizations, and maintain critical records for government reporting.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, DoD CAC eligibility, and a high school diploma, with the ability to operate in an office/hangar environment. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience supervising and leading daily workload operations for Depot Level maintenance.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English; strong judgment and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Program and Schedule Compliance: PMI schedules, inductions, and completions must be complied with.
• Workforce Direction: direct productive efforts and coordinate with other work centers; authorize cannibalization as required.
• Records, Reporting, and Quality: prepare and maintain required records and form reports for the Government; ensure quality inspections.
• Safety, Security, and General Duties: enforce FOD, hazardous waste, tool control and safety rules; support a secure environment.
• Other duties as required including potential off-site service as needed.
