Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in maintenance or management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Army Materiel Maintenance Management regulations and procedures.
• Must obtain GCSS-Army Training Certification within 3 months of CAC.
• Compliance with EO 14042 vaccination requirements or accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of logistics information systems in use.
• Provide information, reports, and recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Conduct meetings, implement plans, and prepare reports and working instructions.
• Review schedules to determine repair parts, staffing, and procedures within time constraints.
• Ensure tasks meet PWS requirements across performance areas.
• Oversee analysis to detect quality trends and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain statistical data on manpower, cost, utilization, and KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate responses across departments.
• Build relationships with key customer personnel involved in operations.
• Facilitate issue resolution and develop solutions.
• Handle timecard approvals and related tasks.
